Roast saddle of lamb with spinach & mushrooms with a mint and caper jus
Pan fried fillet of salmon with butternut squash puree, oven roasted tomatoes, rocquet leaves & a soya, honey and ginger dressing
Sweet potato, spinach & puy lentil korma with mushroom braised rice, poppadums and mango chutney
(All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and roast new potatoes)
